GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE KIT
Designgreen, in partnership with Natural Resources Design, was awarded a grant to develop a green infrastructure maintenance toolkit. This kit provides background context for RiverSmart School projects. The how-to approach targets garden coordinators, volunteers, parents, teachers and students. These materials are focused on the fundamentals needed to preserve DC’s RiverSmart Schools installations. Kit products include five 10-min narrated PowerPoint modules supported by case studies, references and a checklist-based field manual.
